Elements In Motion Policies and Procedures
We clean the equipment before and after each client.
We use UV lights to clean all surfaces; until those arrive we are using approved disinfecting agents on all surfaces
Only props with non-porous surfaces will be used. Private clients are welcome to bring their own props for use during lessons.
We have ordered foot/hand straps that clients will be able to purchase for their personal use; as soon as they are available clients can purchase in studio
All private clients wait in their vehicle until instructor lets them know it is ok to enter
Clients then come in, remove shoes, switch socks and hand sanitize together
We now have one entrance (reception area) and two separate exits to prevent passing each other and to prevent congregating in the reception space.
All students will be responsible for having a separate pair of studio socks. We will have some available to borrow if you forget.
Masks are optional; this is determined by the comfort level of the individual client. Clients may ask instructor to wear a mask during private lessons.
Clients may ask instructor to clean the equipment in front of them before the class or lesson. (We do clean after each client but we are happy to do it again as clients watch.)
New and current clients will be asked to sign a waiver upon their first class or lesson since the reopening.
All of our Pilates Equipment has been measured and spaced 6 feet apart
Gyrotonic towers are have 10 feet apart
Tower studio will only allow for 3 participants and a teacher as we will only utilize every other mat/tower to maintain adequate space
Other classes will be limited in size based on equipment used; this is indicated in mind body when you sign up for each class.
