Briana knew how much she wanted to inspire and impact others’ lives, and dedicated her career full-time in the movement field after experiencing a lifestyle change herself.
Her first path was completing her Personal Training Certificate through NASM in 2014. Seeing this form of movement, Briana knew there had to be more ways to move the body to create even more positive change.
In 2015 she enrolled in The Pilates Center Teacher Training and completed the Advanced Pilates Teacher Training program. Finding her passion in life, she knew she wanted to continue her knowledge in body movement, and completed foundation training in The GYROTONIC® Method. Her continued goal is to help heal clients' minds and bodies and relieve them from pain.
